All parcels are shipped with express tracking using Ireland's An Post. Please ensure that the correct details are given at checkout as we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies. In the rare event of a parcel being lost in transit, we can remake the piece and resend it. Unfortunately, we cannot refund if pieces are lost in the post. If an order is lost in transit, please take up a complaint with the shipping provider.

Returns

ELSEWHERE is a very small business where each piece is made by hand. Due to this, there will be slight variations in each piece. At this time, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size. Additionally, due to the design of most of the rings, we cannot offer resizing. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact info@iamelsewhere.com as soon as possible with photographic evidence.
