About Elsewhere

Caoimhe is a self-taught jeweller living in Dublin, Ireland. With a background in astrophysics and sustainability, her work is heavily inspired by nature and the celestial. In creating unique pieces using recycled sterling silver, Caoimhe hopes to challenge the idea of fast fashion by making quality jewellery that you can wear every day. Each collection is produced on a small-scale and is individually hand crafted, ensuring that your piece is totally unique.

"Creating jewellery makes me feel like an alchemist, blacksmith, and artist all in one. Jewellery is portable art and key to my self expression"

Lab grown gemstones are used as often as possible as they are not only cheaper, but they have a lighter carbon footprint and don't require workers to endanger themselves in their production.

Caoimhe primarily uses the lost wax casting process to produce her jewellery. This means that pieces are hand carved using jewellers wax, then melted down and cast into sterling silver. To keep up with her creative process, you can follow her on Instagram and TikTok.
