Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order within the 14-day period:

  • You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including standard delivery costs

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods (if applicable), or proof that they have been sent back

Returning Goods

If you have already received your order:

  • You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation
